Our aim is to provide to buyers with experienced and properly qualified personnel to man the site team since for us it is of the outmost importance that our clients feel safe that their assets is being supervised by the proper people.
It is an art and separate field than ship in operation. Under company training and guidance. Our team is consisted by field experts with understanding of ship production methods but also having experience from ships in service.
Having good knowledge of tasks involved can pinpoint major deficiencies, be more organized on timing of supervision and can create better cooperation with shipyard.
Shipbuilding experience is vital in order to understand shipyard standards, practices and quality control. Also better understanding of applicable rules and regulations.

2nd Hand Vessels Deliveries
The delivery procedure for a second-hand vessel involves several coordinated stages, including pre-delivery inspections, post-delivery administrative and operational handover. This process requires careful planning and coordination among the buyer, seller, brokers, and legal teams.
Pre-Delivery Phase
Inspections and Surveys: The buyer through ALEIRINA Consultancy conducts comprehensive inspections and surveys, including a physical inspection of the hull, machinery, and equipment, and a review of the vessel's classification records and certificates. An underwater inspection by a classification society may also be required.
Physical Handover
The physical control of the vessel is transferred to ALEIRINA Consultancy as buyer's appointed representatives and new crew arranging
Flag State Registration: The seller arranges for the vessel to be permanently deleted from its previous registry and provides the buyer with a certificate of permanent deletion. The buyer then registers the vessel under their name and chosen flag.
Crew Change and Repatriation: The seller's crew disembarks and is repatriated, while the new crew takes full operational charge and conducts familiarization with the ship's systems and procedures.
